Not sure if this is in the right place...Sorry IA.
3V are offering a FREE Card. (I know some of these companies offering these cards actually charge for the card)
https://www.3vcash.com/index.html
You then have the means to be able to topup the card between £20 and £200 so you can make purchases online without having a big C/C bill at the end of the month. And no C/C Fraud!!!
All you have to do is register, and they will send you the card FREE!! Then you just top it up as you need to buy something, take your voucher home, Pay for your goods. The Card acts as a Visa card for online purchases (You can't use it in the shops).
I have had mine for about 6 months now, after getting rid of my C/C, It's great. Unfortunaley you can not save up on it, each voucher is unique so you just load up the money you want to spend, spend it, and throw the voucher away. I've never had a problem with them, and anything I buy always go through.

Anyone wanting a FREE Prepay Card for purchasing online Try 3V. I have had mine for ages, never had a problem with them. You don't have to pay for the card or Load any money on it before you get it. You Top it up when you want and spend it. You don't have to have a minimum amount on the card to keep it active.
I have never had a problem with them and think its a great alternative to the old CC.
They charge a small fee for toping it up but thats all. Heres the Blurb off the website on How to use 3V
It's as easy as 1,2,3- Register for a free 3V Customer Card
Register online. Once we have received your details including your name, address and date of birth we will post you a free 3V Customer Card.
- Use your 3V Customer Card to buy a 3V Voucher
Go to a participating payzone retail outlet. Hand the shop assistant your 3V Customer Card and ask for a 3V Voucher for the amount you require. The minimum amount you can purchase is for £20 and the maximum amount is £200 (in values of £10). Pay the shop assistant the price for the value of the 3V Voucher you have bought.
3V Voucher prices below:
£20 FREE

£110 - £200 £3.50
What's more, you can now transfer any money that you have left from one 3V Voucher to another. For example if you have £15 left on one Voucher, you can add it to any other 3V Voucher that you have bought, as long as that one has not expired, all for just £1.75.
Please note, the overall value of a 3V Voucher cannot exceed £200
