I am very worried after trying to phone the above company today! I invested in land development two years ago and the 2nd planning permisson for the land was due today!

However when I rang the company the message is that "after the company has taken special advise the company are now clear on the direction they are taking and you will receive a letter in a few days time"

I am a single parent and this was to be our new start with a deposit for a mortgage.

If anyone knows anymore information can you please advise, I am really worried.

Thanks for that, I am contacting their solicitors tomorrow, but I still have not received any mail as yet.

luluminx, there's a bit of info on land banking scams here; you might like to get in touch with the FSA.

I suggest too that you take the advice given on that page -

Ask the company if the scheme is a collective investment scheme. Generally these landbanking schemes are not authorised by the FSA.
