    i think you can expect a 3 year IPA on your combined incomes though

    you can also include amounts for haircuts, holidays, child care, xmas
    the OR can decline amounts you put in, so best to overestimate


    apart from the mortgage, what debts do you have, loans, CC's, HP, etc and are they joint?

    do YOU need to go BR or just hubby? if only the mortgage is joint then you may not need to go BR

    if you dont and the house is in negative equity you could buy out your hubby for about £250, job done.

    car we have just hired one from hubbys works at £209 a month straight from his wages, all we have to do is put diesel in, no car tax or ins, because we cannot afford to repair ours (its worth about £800) repair bill about £450 to get it through mot,

    the only debts we have are in hubbys name, and they are unsecured credit cards, 6 cards and bank overdraft
