Successful Iva, But Now Chasing Wife ??????

Hi,
I am 2 months into an accepted IVA agreement and the Cooperative Bank have now decided to pester my wife daily with regard to our joint bank account liabilities which have been accepted into my IVA agreement.

My question therefore is, Is this correct and legal?

Surley logic says, that if they have accepted the debt into an IVA arrangement they cannot try and recover it through another channel.

I have spoken with my IP, who tells me that this breaches the T's & C's and they are going to deal with it accordingly, but I would be most grateful of some advice and possible action to take if someone has experienced or advised similar.

Obviously after the associated stresses of going through and setting up an IVA, this sort of thing comes as a bit of a bombshell again.
Thankyou Guys Very grateful of any help.
