well i have a question regarding changing ur name , suppose my name is John with DOB 12/12/1980 and i hav bad credit history with banks and stuff like that so if i change my name , and change my name with bank where i have account so does it relate to my old name or , it will start as new history or some thing , any expert can tell me please !?

When you fill in most forms they ask for other names you have been known by.. ie in the case of a married women it is her maiden name and a man any name change made by deed pole.

I think there's a strong possibility that the credit record in your new name will automatically be linked to the old name. It will be obvious that "John Smith" is actually the person previously known as "Bill Smith".Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
