How do I contact Play.com??

Hi
I bought a cd from play.com the other day and as its been a few days I checked my account and it now says they are awaiting stock, and it clearly says in their bumph that they will not charge your card until an item is dispatched.
However, I checked my bank account and they HAVE charged me for it. I want to contact them and ask them about this however after much searching I am blowed if I can find an email address or anything.
Can anyone help please??

0845 800 1020 is the number to order stuff on at the bottom of their page - otherwise i think ypou need to go through a whole rigmarole of going into the helpdesk, signing into your account and following onscreen instructions0

There used to be several email addresses depending on your problem, although I can't see them listed now so they may not work.
From memory the general one was info@play.com which I received a reply pretty quickly last time I used it.0 -
When you call the helpline (like i did this morning) they are very helpful and answer the phone really quickly, so you dont end up holding for hours. I needed a refund as stuff for mr divadees birthday has never arrived, they sorted it out in less than 3 minutes got off the phone and checked my email and there was one from them to confirm my refund very impressed with them for this.0
