    Hey,

It really winds me up...people that say, "everyone's got problems you know". Just ignore him. This is a non-judgemental board, and the majority of us a great.

This is what I was saying the other day about, slow realisation. As the weeks progress you will realise this alot, about ways to make cutbacks. Take it easy...I think you are doing really really well.

    Agreed

  • I'm sorry that life seems to be conspiring against you - the way to look at it, things come in threes so you've had your 3 bad things and 1 good thing this week so there are 2 good things waiting to happen to you this week.

Ok I might be talking a load of rubbish but you know what I mean!

As for the other comments...well all I have to say is there are some people who seem to enjoy criticising people's way of life....I'm sure if it was left to them , anyone in debt should be made to wear a hair shirt until they were no longer in debt!

Fortuantely they are in the minority so keep posting my dear!

    Hi all

About nutrition in general - I agree that it's desperately important. I did consider seeing a nutritionist myself some while ago but decided it was an unjustifiable expense so I didn't.

I'm about to go into hospital for major surgery, and with all the talk about hospital-acquired infections I decided I wanted to improve my nutrition and more particularly, avoid taking in any unnecessary antibiotics. We discovered a farm locally via the BigBarn site where we buy meat and poultry because we can be sure the animals have been reared as humanely and naturally as possible - no GM and no routine antibiotics.

So perhaps what I'm saying is - you could give attention to your nutrition in other ways than by paying a nutritionist. Buy local freshly-grown produce, avoid anything with additives, that kind of thing.

    Best wishes

    Aunty Margaret

Thank you so much for your support. I'll close this thread now because it's getting rather long, but hubby and I are in agreement about sticking to our plan and will just have to put £50 a month towards the debts for now until we can manage more. At least we can get by like that. Am about to start a new thread now!
