What steps would you take to ensure that your team successfully deliver when implementing a new initiative? I could talk about that but I dunno how to interpret into slides
If you know what you would talk about start out with skeleton notes to get what you want to say in order. Think about whether any of the themes you want to cover can be explained in a picture (a flow diagram for example) or are there any recognised models you can quote to support your ideas. Perhaps some statistics to put into graphs/pie charts?

Once you've got that all together you may find a couple of things that pop out to be added to slides.

Thanks, that makes sense. Just feel very short of time to sort it out in. Ho hum, guess it's got to be done if I want out of this boring job!

Hi red, If you're allowed to talk and present the ppt then you can break it down to bullet points for ppt, then you can talk around it and build it back into longer speil verbally.....

Assuming the ppt is just a visual to accompany the presentation, not a stand alone thing.
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Erm, I'm assuming it's a talk along with it, the email says that 'further to the letter' they're sending out this is the title of the presentation and it shoud be using Powerpoint. Not had the letter yet but hopefully will be there when I get home.. it all seems a bit back to front and rushed to me!

Morning Jinks:kiss: Hope you are feeling a bit better today my friend xx

I have just been on a mystery shop from hell....a mobile phone store and I thought they were not going to let me out of the shop! I was in there 45 min and the online paperwork is taking me ages to do.

For £15 though I suppose its not bad.

Whats everyone else been up to then?

Squirrel - I use powerpoint quite a lot at work and the trick is to stick to simple bullet points as your cue to speak.

Back home again now, client very happy with my services:D ;)

Only thing is I was paid in a lump sum at the start of the year so it feels as though I am paying off a debt with my services:rolleyes:

Only one more visit until we are all square with each other.....although they did ask if they could have some "extra sessions":D
