Spinach & Red Onion

Bread.............:j
I have made spinach & red onion bread. My spinach was going to seed and I thought I would make some bread, I got a recipe from MRSMACAWBER but it had bacon bits in but I changed it as we dont all like bacon so I got the breadmaker out and went and got the spinach which hhad gone to seed chopped it up and added a red onion for sweetness and some other bits and when it came out it was very nice, so I made another one and here is a picture of that one:beer:
