Costco in Croydon

Does anyone know if this is a goer?

I read about it somewhere a while ago but there's no mention of it on the Costco website. I'm itching to join so I can stop lugging back my purchases on the train from the one near my mum's up North!

I would give their head office a ring.

When they opened near here (Bristol) they sent fliers to local businesses which is how I heard about it.

Yes, the Costco is being built right now in Imperial Way, Croydon. I know because my son works in the garage opposite the site.

I've just been sent a flyer about this COSTCO. I have a Macro card but most of the time have found that Asda is cheaper. Is Costco any better ? Is it worth the £20 membership

Just for personal use, I wouldn't bother, and rarely go to CostCo on my own account. BUT for business use it can be useful. You do have to know what things cost, and you do have to be prepared to buy in quantity, but if you've got the storage space it can be useful.

Their food prices vary from brilliant to mostly a bit on the high side, but quality can't be faulted.

I'm heading out to my local one soon because we need more stamps for work and they sell them at a discount! But only 1st (both large and normal) and normal 2nd.
