 I am so mad tonight that I have to have a rant about it to all you good people, cos a little shoulder is all I need.
Finally had my bank statement today as I closed an account with Nationwide on 3rd May and needed to check that Child Tax Credit had gone in to my new account. ZILCH!. So rang Tax Credit people who confirmed that on 20th MAY money was transferred to Nationwide who ACCEPTED the money, even though the account was closed, and held on to it WITHOUT INFORMING ME.
Cheeky beggars,
so have to make a special journey tomorrow to Nationwide, pay for extortionate parking, waste my valuable time - shall I bill them with interest? Oh, I feel so much better now - Thanks for that.:rotfl:
