re: tesco 75% off coupons

I have posted this on the discounts boards but thought I would post here as well, so no one misses it as it is such a good bargain:

went to tescos yesterday, and the fish fingers are now half price from £2.99 to £1.49, but the coupon takes off 75% of the full value ( £2.24 ).

So I got fish fingers £1.49, orange juice 88p, and the 1kg cheese £5.78. After the coupons came off ( £2.24 for fish fingers, 66p for the orange juice and £4.34 for the cheese ) I had to pay only £0.91 instead of a total of £8.15.

So pleased :j :j :j

I got one set of coupons through the door with the local free paper, then a friend gave me a couple of sheets that her daughter had left over from her paper round. The coupons have been out a while as I have people on here say they have had them, but these were my first lot. The coupons change every week / two weeks not sure how often they come out.
