Will Write To Bls Tomorrow Stating On A Dmp With Cccs And They Are Sending Info. Anybody Had Any Dealings With Bls ? In The Letter They Say If I Don't Phone Then A Rep From Lloyds Will Call In Person! Hi

I have spoken a couple of times to the CCCS about a LLoyds TSB debt that we have.

Lloyds had told me that they would not accept another repayment agreement on the two loans we have, because we have been with collections for 3 years.

CCCS sugested that it would probably be passed to BLS, which I believe is Lloyds debt collecting agency.

I have managed to stay with collections for another 6 months, at which I will expect them to pass it to BLS.

Lloyds collection is mainly in Brighton. So it may be that they raised the papperwork befor passing it to BLS.

You are correct, BLS collections is the in house collections section for Lloyds TSB.

My experience of them is that they are more willing to accept offers of repayment rather than L TSB
