Maybe i am simple but i don't need to be called it on a public forum!

I meant that the problem was simple to solve. Do you often jump to conclusions that like this? There was certainly nothing disparaging to your character in either of my two messages, so why you thought that one word "simple" was directed at you, I can't say.

I have been a customer with Brighthouse for 5 years and I can see exactly where your coming from,I have had several run ins with there collections team. When my husbands pay changed from weekly to monthly we had difficulties catching up and there for every few weeks went behind,We have never at any point refused to pay but they still send there team out,I think they know now as they dont seem to come out to me as much as they used to,if they knock your door tell them to go away they are not allowed to enter your home without your permission,if they get a court order they have to inform you allowing you the option to go to the court when they apply.they just talk out there backsides they will say anything to get you scared and pay up.Once the silly girl behind the counter even had the cheek to ask one of my work colleagues about me.talk about customer confidential.
