Boilerman why do we need to take care i can't see anything on that thread to say we won't get the items or get the 50% offDarren0 -
I ordered mine and the code supplied in an earlier post clearly stated, it was 50% off your next order.
That's fair enough !
The pad was a reasonable price..so I got one.
I'll use the 50% off next time...hopefully !

just tried ordering one now - sold out. never mind hopefully they'll get some more in :cool:0

I emailed Bargain Crazy to confirm the total amount of my order, this is their reply:
" Please can you confirm, what the code offers, and where you found
the code. I will then be able to investigate further for you."
I guess we might be unlucky with that code then...
I placed a few orders from them before, so this should count as my 'next order' ???
Just in case anyone want to contact them, here is their free enquiry line: 0800 0686 586
You need to key in the 8 digit costomer reference to the automated service first but it will then transfer you to speak to customer service0 -
May have been a good idea to not make contact in cases like this. It's advice often given by other finders of such bargains as these.
But wish you all the the MSE's best!!How much ?????????!!!0 -
according to the web site they are back in again for anyone who did not get them earlier this week0

I did quote the post in the other thread as belowsophie-louises-mum wrote:i have just got my order from bargain crazy and the 50% code was not deducted, it was meant to be valid till 31st december so i have sent an email to query this, the leap pad is still a great buy though so am very pleased with it.. will post what my reply email says : :rotfl:
This may indicate that you might not get the 50% off. No-one knows the original source of the code and I cannot see anyone in the thread who has received the discount on their order when finally billed. Let me know if I am wrong though, as I would place an order if I could be sure of the discount!!0 -
bargain crazy dont have the best of records for this so dont hold your breath, even when they had a code posted on their home page for 50% off toys they were still charging people full price they also said they had run out of certain items and low and behold they turned up again on the site for full price a couple of weeks later, i emailed to say that as my order had not been fulfilled would they give the item to me at the sale price....funily enough they said NO!!!!
they still sell items cheaper than other shops so i still buy....but i dont like their customer service, what other company does not show you at checkout whether a discount code has worked or not? you have to wait to see how much they charge and then discuss it with them
ok rant over...feel much better...am off for a cofffee0 -
I emailed them to ask if they are going to charge my CC with the 50% off code and i got a reply saying i did enter a code for 50% off but it's invalid..surprise surprise.I have replied to say it can't be as i got it from them in an email so i'll see what they say to that though of course i'm not being totally honest;)Darren0

I brought from them 12 months ago. I did use a voucher code that they did send me by email.
They charged my card full price, so i emailed them and they replied saying they will re-credit my card with the discount owed to me.
They did do this but took 2-3 weeks.
I have not ordered from them since, but i may do soon.
So my advice is to expect full price to be taken, and hopefully they will refund you the discount.0
