Can I add that all data entry isn't a scam. I do some for a company but it is only for a few weeks a year. Basically, the do promotions on behalf of a newspaper, people then fill in the forms with name, address etc and then you input it on the computer.

But you have to live in the local area as it entails picking up the forms and taking them back.
