experian

sorry not sure if this is in the right place but I need to know if a company has a certain amount of time to update experian when you have settled your account with them?

  • Most companies update on a monthly basis. It now down to experian to immediately amend individual records. Another option is to forward settlement letters to experian. I believe they chase things for u on your behalf

I had been chasing the settlement letters and the company had been very awkward and not being helpful at all. I have now at last received the confirmation letter but thank you for your input.
