Bluebell, you are going to have to pay this BT bill, if you are experiencing problems telephone them and ask them if you can repay over several months, if you don't ask, you won't find out, but do not ignore this bill, you will get charges incurred.

thanks for your advice people I did call BT and every jobsworth i spoke to put me through to someone else promising they would help me, huh!! No such luck, so told them all i can afford is 36p per month which is true so, they are gonna have to wait a while for it. x0
