Legislation regarding online purchasing.

Hi, I recently was shopping online and noticed something which was quite cheap so i put x amount into my shopping cart and made the purchase. I was then sent an automated invoice stating my order number etc...later that day i recieved an email from the company saying that they had mispriced the items on the site and that they cannot sell at the price i purchased for? Where do i stand?

P.S. I have actually been charged for the goods, the money was taken from my bank account today. They say that it is not a binding purchase until they send the goods to me, i thought it was binding at the time they accept payment?

When did you place the order and when were you charged?

I placed the order two days ago, and my available balance was reduced.
They then told me the price was wrong which i disputed.
Then I checked my balance today and the money has been taken.

So do i have a case guys? Shall i just ask for my money back or demand the said products for the price i paid?
