Help hair disaster!

I had a dreadful haircut yesterday and am going to have to go somewhere today and get it sorted. Can I go to the first place and ask for my money back, or will they just offer to "make good" (and i wouldnt let her near my hair again with a bargepole!) Its supposed to me slightly layer and she gave me a mullet!!! :mad:

EEEk! You poor thing! It's awful when you get a bad cut.
I have the horrible feeling they'd just offer to "make good", and I know it's not terribly money saving, but I'd be inclined to be the same as you and not let them near it again.
Last time I had a bad haircut I decided to let my hair grow and it's been long ever since - I do have it trimmed though!(7 years!)

There is no way I would allow her near it, and the other hairdresser at the same salon looked like a poodle so probably wouldn't trust her either!
The worst thing is I have spent ages growing my hair (admittedly its been long for a few years now) and am going to have to get it cut to chin length to get rid of the billy ray cyrus look! Will be so awkward for work when I have to tie it back for surgery and to avoid getting yucky things in it!
