hi, sorry if this has been covered, but i purchased a car from a finance company and 2 years down the line i have decided to voluntary terminate and give them the car back.
after 5 weeks of phone calls i have just been told that as part of the agreement i still have to pay for the warranty (£35 per month) for another 2 years as it was a separate loan.
that cant be right can it.
also, cant see it on the paperwork and i wasn't told at the time.
BTW its welcome car finance.

thanks muttley

Ask them for a copy of the loan documentation for the warranty and then take it from there
  • i have all the paperwork that was sent when i puchased the car, and read it over and over again, but still cant find anything.
    but i will ask them.
    thanks for the help :)

you want to know specifically where it states that this is the case.
