I ordered something off of this site today, have not ordered from them before (not a cheap item either), have since read some pretty appauling reviews on them and have been trying to get back on the site just to check my order as they state if you order before 3pm they dispatch the same day, but I cannot get back onto the site, don't know if this is my computer or site problem and alittle worried about my purchase, I know this company have been going for a while. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i've ordered from them on a number of occasions (one recently) and never had a problem with delivery etc.

Thanks very much, having not had much experience with them I just got a bit jittery. Must be a setting on my computer that is stopping me getting on there now, it was fine earlier.

I've also used them on various occasions over the last 4-5 years and not really had any problems.

I used to love the matte black boxes full of foam peanuts they used to deliver their stuff in, really stood out, but I dont think I've seen those for a few years, unless I've just not ordered items of a size that actually fit in them anymore.

I've never experienced any problems either. If you use them again, remember to go through quidco to get 13% back

Their deliveries were chaotic just before Christmas and I had to wait a very long time for an order. However, this was exceptional and I received a very lengthy letter of apology some weeks later. They definitely are above board, but have had some problems.

They're one of the better companies I've ordered from online - bought loads of pressies for people through there and never had a problem with delivery. In fact, when I put the wrong delivery details in on an online order, I immediately phoned them up, got straight through and spoke to a friendly and helpful member of staff that verified a few details and sorted me out in a few minutes.

Obviously any company is going to have glitches sometimes, but from
experience, IWOOT seem to be quite good.
