Hi, Not got time at the mo to search (kids to get to school)...
But I know the Nationwide are doing a 3yr fixed deal of 6.05% with a £599 fee.
Which roughly works out at £746 per month.
Theres probably more out there too. Will come back a little later when i have a mo.
Welcome btw:hello:0 -
JUst a quick thought - there is a seperate board on this site which deals with Mortgages - may be worth you having a look there. Have you checked with a broker? At first I thought you had but then you seem to be sticking with the same lender......0

Thanks for the mortgages board advice.
I had searched for a better deal but more eyes are better than one (or two, anyway.)
Thanks again.
I will look into the Nationwide deal pot'o'gold. Did you get the kids to school on time?0
