Remortage For Extension

My mortage is paid off, but we are looking at getting an extension built. This is going to cost us approximately £40,000.

I was wondering what mortage would be the best option over 10 year.

Hope somebody can help

Thanks

Tracy

Hi Tracy and welcome to MSE. No-one is going to be able to say what's going to be the 'best' option for you based on just the above information I'm afraid.
