ITV1 Mortgage Makeover/Mortgage Problems

Hi

I'm going to be doing a programme for ITV1 Tonight looking at the current mortgage market and we're looking for case studies who want to take part in the programme.

• Is your current mortgage deal coming up soon? If it is and you're not sure what to do, or perhaps are feeling the pinch because of the rising cost of... well pretty much everything. I'll try and help with a mortgage makeover showing you how to go about finding the right new deal.

• Are you facing repossession/forced sale? If this is a realistic possibility we'd like to look at the reasons that happened and go through your story.

• Are you a Northern Rock customer or other trapped on a high LTV? Do you have a NR mortgage where you've had to pay a lot more but can't leave because you borrowed 100% - 125% of the house's value.
