Northern rock agreements
I have a Northern Rock together mortgage. In 2004 I remortgaged should I of got a new credit agreement to sign as I borrowed more money?
They did send me a review form which contains the new amount of money that I borrowed and the new monthly payments.
Thanks if anyone can help answer my question.

Yes you should and a lot of Northern Rock together mortgages have incorrectly completed credit agreements attached to them which render them unenforceable. Especially prior to 2005!I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks
The only paperwork that I can find is a review form which tells me what my new monthly payments will be and it contains how much I have borrowed. I will double check to see if I have a new credit agreement with them, but at the moment I can't find it.cross stitch cafe #90 UFO's 6 to finish in 2013, and loads of new kits to boot

You can request a subject access request for £10 and ask for all the paperwork that they hold on you under the data protection laws. This will make sure you have not lost/misplaced it but you should get a revised illustration and credit agreement.
Without this, you can get the loan made unenforceable and all payments made to the debt returned back to you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. So It will be best not to ask for it then.
Would that be for the loan amount or the mortgage amount? of the together mortgage.cross stitch cafe #90 UFO's 6 to finish in 2013, and loads of new kits to boot

The loan amount would be the affected part as it is governed under the 1974 consumer credit act.
You can ask for the information, you do not have to disclose why you want it.
this link gives you more information on the issues.
