Masticating Juicer? The Matstone 6-in-1 Juicer or L'equip or ????

I am after a juicer. After doing some in depth research I *think* the Matstone would be the best, especially for cleaning and more juice to pulp. However, I can only think of juicing apples and carrots, maybe some pears, berries, peaches, oranges etc. So will I benefit from spending good money on this machine or shall I go for something cheaper? The L'equip looks like one of the best centrifrugal (sp?) juicers but it doesn't grind juice like the Matstone....

any ideas as to what to do? The L'equip is around £90 and the Matstone £139 (cheapest I've found).
