Don't forget, the new box goes on general sale after midnight tonight (if there are any left).

Does anyone have experience of their customer service? I've just received my parcel (it smells divine btw :D ) but I was so disappointed to discover that the plate and three of the candle holders are broken. :( I have e-mailed them and don't expect a reply until tomorrow but I was just curious if someone else had a similar experience.

Have just received mine. I'm a bit disappointed, to be honest.

Some of the stuff is just horrendous. Two hideous (one broken) chicken things, a couple of (broken) flowery candle holders, a garish orange (broken) burner and all the sampler holders are plain orange and green ones.

There are a couple of OK (but broken) cream sampler holders.

They'll do for emergency presents, but there's little there that I would want myself.

And, like the above poster, I have several broken items(have I mentioned that before?!). It all came crammed into a tiny Lynx shower gel box ! With no protection around the items. Very badly packed - no wonder they're broken (did I already tell you about that?!).

Nothing broken here, but i do agree that some of the sample holders are horrific!

    The chickens - oh dear

However I did total it up and it's still good value. I'm pleased. Although OH probably isn't (what's that smell?)

  • and I am pleased with the value. My parcel was well packed but the christmas plate still was broken. This has sorted out several birthday/Xmas gifts for me plus I get to keep the 3 wick candle for myself. The ceramic candle holders will suit my older relatives (their style) so all in all I am a happy shopper.
