banks buying time?

Go approved for a tesco loan 2 weeks ago (principle) but needed more documents. Sent them. Then they said, wrote my firm asking for confirmation. I know my firm sent back the forms last monday. Whenever I follow up with them, they always tell me that they have not received the documents yet.

Do you think they are just buying time as they have not reached a final decision yet so as we do not ask more questions from the customer services?

You know the documents were sent.
THe loan company says they have not got them.
Solution :- Have them re-sent.

What documents would Tesco loans have wanted?
I thought that contacting the employer for salary confirmation etc had gone out with the ark, not to mention the possibility of the employer being sued if they provided incorrect information.

I'm aware of Halifax contacting me recently to confirm a co-worker was actually employed at our company (she'd already told me she was applying to them for facilities)

why don`t you appeal the decision, worked for me, and i got accepted at 6.5% (this was the lowest they offered at the time)
