Lifetime Tracker terminology confusion

Hi there. I´ve had a Nationwide Lifetime (+34%)Tracker since August 2007.
My remaining mortgage term is 7 years and 7 months (July 2015).
I have just noticed this on my statement;

Lifetime Tracker (+.34%)
(expires 31 July 2012)

If I have a Lifetime Tracker, why does the deal above end in 2012?

Surely if the deal ends in 2012 its not a lifetime tracker....its a 5 year tracker!

What happens to my rate 1 August 2012?

I should add that I have left 5 messages for the Nationwide to contact me so I can get this clarified....no response. :mad:

    Thanks for that quick response. Payless. If only the Nationwide were as efficient....you could teach them a thing or two.
    Cheers.
