National is ideal for a quick fix, and a good price with the filter. However afaik they syphon the oil out and do not remove the sump plug. So some impurities remain on the bottom of the sump and the metal picked up on magnetic sump plugs stays put.
They didn't do that when they changed my oil. The car was placed on the ramps and the sump plug removed whilst I was waiting.0 -
i am talking to fords who service my car all the time but as we all look to save money i will never cut back on safty so i still take the car to the people you can trust but can you they told me they look after there customers but after this service i had to check the £200 pound plus bill to find that the oil was there castrol Magnatec 5W-30 A1 and this is what they charge as standard wait for it £60.00 plus vat for 6 liters i will update this when they get back to me0
