Mortgage Deals

Hello everyone.

I'm new to this site and am interested to see if anyone knows of any good fixed mortgage deals for 3 or 5 year terms???

I've managed to secure a deal for 5.85% fixed for 5 years but I'm keen to see if there is anything better out there??

Thanks

  • what loan to value ? I am going to suggest not as swap rates went up quite a bit on Friday, so expect to see current fixed rate offerings increase quite a bit !

If you have got a 5 year fixed deal for under 6% then I would go for it
and spend the next 5 years trying to clear as much of the mortgage off as
possible.consider if you are planning to stay in this property for the next 5 years at least ! to many people sign up to a 2 year fix/tracker/discount deal on a 25/35 year mortgage WHY . do they like paying remortgage fees every 2/3 years

With such a state of changing mortgage rates, i believe you have got yourself an excellent deal...Don miss it or you will repent for a long time...

You never mentioned how much your fee for this mortgage was? Under 6% today is a very good rate.
