Eye Q liquid help!!!

Can anyone recommend a way to get the eye q liquid more palatable as my 14 year old gags at the thought of having to drink it. Also capsules are out of the question as she is still in the initial stage of taking it and 3*5ml teaspoons seem far less than 6 capsules. Besides which she has problems with them anyway. Everything ive tried just leaves an oil slick on top of the liquid, so any ideas/tips/tricks are welcome. Thanks in advance;)

Have a read of this older thread on omega 3 - particularly Ted Hutchisons's posts - he knows a lot about this stuff, and there might be a better way of your son getting the same benefit from a different brand etc?

  • I work in a pharmacy and a custoer was having the same problem, she said the best way she found was to mix it into some THICK yoghurt.
I'm not sure if you've tried doing this, but might be worth a shot.

I remember Ted saying it is ESSENTIAL to keep it in the fridge, partly to stop it going off and partly because it is less unpalatable if it is really cold! So out, swallow, back in again.
