I browsed to thise page having just bought a Panasonic camera from them. I emaield them asking for the latest information regarding this and this is the reply I swiftly got back (Within half an hour):

In the event of a fault within the first 30 days then it comes back to us for a replacement. After 30 days and within a year it goes to a Panasonic repair agent for which you just need your proof of purchase - they don't take into account what is on the camera box. Panasonic have a few repair agents, but we recommend DK Audio Visual on 0870 420 3011. They can arrange to collect the product from you. In the second year of the warranty it goes back to ourselves and we arrange to have it repaired at an authorised Panasonic repair agent.
