Hi All

Very sad to say my mortgage is about to expire. Natwest, who I'm with curresntly have said my mortgage will go up to 970 on a 2 year fixed or 1011 on a tracker if I take up a new package with them. Thats almost a 15% increase a month to what we used to pay - ouch. I think its time to move! Does anyone know of any good rates out there or have advice on what I shoudl do?

Theres a thread in the forum, where i guy is having a mortgage rate of below 6% for a 5-year period...>probably he might be of some help to you....you can ask the person for the source of the deal....
