Sarah - 192.com charges by the number of credits you buy. Personally I only ever use them for the 2000 and up census and tel. numbers. I also subscribe to Ancestors.co.uk. They have a special free offer always of the first month free. It really depends on how fresh your information needs to be. 192.com is perfect for all the latest but there are umteen free sights. free.bmd is one of them if you are tracking your ancestores.
