MP3/I-pod for blind person

Hi, I am trying to find an MP3 or i-pod for a friend's daughter. She is blind (and so is he) hence we are doing the searching for him. We have been told there is a new one out with voice recognition but can't seem to find any. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
