my search funds ban

Hi,

Has anyone else had their account with mysearchfunds investigated.

Apparently my account is being investigated for click fraud (which is not true) but that was about 4 weeks ago and I still cant use the site. Does anyone have any idea how long they take to complete this.

yep I've had my account suspended for a good two weeks now and not heard anything further.I have sent them emails to ask what the situation is but they dont reply.I hand on heart have not been fraudulently clicking and I told them so every time they sent me a warning email but they seem to think otherwise.According to their website my account is still active but as I cant use their search engine I cannot accumulate any further funds and like you I am totally unsure when it will be resolved but I fear it wont be good news when I do finally get a reply

same here ive sent emails but r not answering i really dont understand what they call fraud i was using the search engine exactly as i was before i joined my search fund

Hi, i had an email from them also from their fraud dept accusing me of over clicking, they havent suspended my account though and i was so annoyed to be accused of fraud that i sent them a reply email, have not heard anything more but am thinking about not bothering with them, i want to be able to do searches on my computer without worrying about it. Dont think its as good now anyway as it goes through yahoo that never seems to be able to find anything.

I also had a mail accusing me of fraudulent clicking, which I was frankly disgusted by as I had used the search service in the same manner that I searched before.

I had no reply to my mails from them either.

Hi - I have also been suspended. I was very miffed as I only search 20 ish times a day, hardly abuse. That was 3 weeks ago and like OP`s, I have yet to have any feedback. I have removed it from my opening page.
