The closing date for the draw will be Friday 25th July 2008. The winner will be announced on this date. If you are not a winner this time, do not fear - we will have another complimentary trip on offer shortly!

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all members of the general public in the United Kingdom who completes an entry form. Entry forms are available online at: www.ultimateevent.co.uk
2. There will be one prize awarded during the month of January
3. The prize is a weekend for two in the Radisson SAS Hotel Lyon, two nights accommodation and breakfast
4. All entries must be received by Thursday 30 January 2008
5. Only one entry per person is permitted
6. The winner will be drawn at random by The Ultimate Event Company and will be notified by Friday 31 January
7. The prize must be claimed within one week of the email notification. If the prize has not been claimed within this one week period the draw will take place again and within two days the prize will be re-awarded. If the prize is not claimed on the second occasion no further draws for that item will take place
8. No purchase is necessary
9. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered
10. The sponsors reserve the right to alter the prize as necessary
11. The judge!s decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into
12. The name of the winners can be obtained by sending an S.A.E to 46-48 London Road, Twickenham, TW1 3RJ or will be available on the website: www.ultimateevent.co.uk
