Strating a stakeholder pension

I would like to start a stakeholder pension for my son who has just turned 18. I would only be investing £50 a month until he leaves (university). The idea being to get something started early for him which he can take over when he starts working full-time.
Can anyone give any advice as to how to go about finding a suitable stakeholder fund and how to set it up. I would be prepared to put the money into something with risk in view of the length of time it would be invested.
Thanks
