how much can i borrow


i need to borrow 120k but i only earn about 17k mum pensioner mum lives with me so she will be contribute half the costs. i have only one debt of £100 on a credit card my credit is all clear and in good shape not adverse but not squeeky clean, i have a deposit of 100k. any feed back would help

    You need to speak to a lender (Bank, Building Society or Mortgage Advisor). You are asking for a 7x mortgage which is rather high.
