Glad the Glasgow meet went well, pics are great! Beautiful and sunny here today, got up and did a 10k run...how come I still haven't lost any dam weight although definately toning up the flabby thighs!
Off to my mums later and going to have a mooch around car boot in a mo...just got to get DH out of bedI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Afternoon everyone - its quiet today is everyone sleeping off their hangovers?!
Off for a walk with the kids after lunch as its a lovely day and then got some work today tonight for work tomorrow such an exciting evening ahead!
