Im not 100% on the full rules but tbh I think you are unlikely to pass any "Fit and Proper" test to allow you to be a mortgage adviser in any capacity.
Think about it - How can you be in the position to advise other people on thier money when you have mis-managed yours?
Unless the CCJ was an error, in which case apply for removal.
I dont know the cirumstacnces around your CCJ, but things shouldnt ever have to get that far, no matter what its for, unless totally unavoidable, in which case the above would apply.0
