i've been sent an invoice for 9.99 (got my confirmation email after the order was placed showing 0.00) and I have sent daxon a couple of emails and they are not budging.

I've just received an invoice for my shredder. Guess I'm gonna have to ask them to arrange collection of my "unsolicited" mail. Good job I didn't take it out of the box. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

First Post and on my wife's account, so apologies for any mistakes.
I received my heater, and on Friday got an invoice for £22 (including £10 fine for none payment). Rang them up argued with lady asked to speak to her superviser. 30 seconds later I get the same lady back and she has wiped the £22 off my account.
I presume they have received quite a few calls about this and if you argue they will wipe your account clean.0
