Hi everyone;
I have 2 year tracker with halifax and it expires in August. I am not working at the moment but I have never missed a payment and my credit score is good. Payments are coming from my family. When I want to get a new interest rate from halifax, would that be a problem???
Many thanks

It shouldn't be as Halifax won't underwrite the mortgage again as you're already with them.0

Thank for that, I also have few other concerns and really would appreciate any advice you can give me. I would like to rent out my property and I need their permission for that and I would like to get that permission as soon as possible to be able to plan ahead. (I am moving abroad) If I ask for that permission now, you think I should tell them that I am not unemployed? And then applying for a new rate in a month time, would that create any problem?0

Halifax have some deals for existing customers and they are available upto two months before your current deal ends.
