I have just joined... Me being me, I joined the day after i spent £500 on a laptop on the internet! But nevermind.... Will work it up.
Its alright one or two clicks. Money for nothing really.
Wouldnt buy for the sake of money on it!0 -

I have £625 from Quidco in the last eight months buying things i needed anyway - a hoover from John Lewis, house insurance, two lots car insurance, internet signup, Sky and others. I always got the best price for what I needed - then Quidco on top.
In most cases the payout was automatic - maybe slow but it's happened. In a few cases I've had to query. The queries have been efficiently recorded and dealt with. Only one payment - £1.50 for some old mobiles I sent to one recycling firm - have been declined completely.
I record all significant purchases on a separate spreadsheet - and it all tallies up.
So - what exactly are YOU complaining about?Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.0 -
Spot on. dont bother with quidco.
Use topcashback and cashbackkings - they are reliable whereas complacent quidco are not.
dont put yourself in debt though buying things you dont need for the sake of a few quid price reduction.
I am not sure that getting 2p for following links can actually be decribed as money-grabbing - but - if you are moaning about sometimes not getting your 10 - 20p tracked each day when all you are doing is cynically routinely following links to "earn" money - rather than really wanting anything - then I have very little sympathy for you.
Get out a bit! You may find 10p on the pavement. The school kids around here routinely drop coins as they gather at the shops and it seems the current "cool" is not to bother to pick it up again. They think it's beneath them to scratch around for the odd 10p.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Ive had nearly £500 in cashback in 2 years. This is always after first checking for the best price anyway for an item and then seeing if that supplier in on quidco and if they are, using the link to them. Have to say slightly peeved with 2 large purchases from Boots kitchen appliances which were refused because I also used a discount code on the site
and I am still waiting for my £50 from Betfair.
I cant see how you can think its not worth it when you are getting money for nothing. Of course if you dont buy much online then you wont get the cash backs0 -
Quidco used to be worth it but recently i have had several transactions declined
when i query this they just say it was credited to another channel and are unable to provide any details of the alleged other channel
use them at your own risk0 -
Definitely worth it - hopefully my big £70 for some crappy loan will come good.

you can no longer get money back on ebay - they are not listed as a merchant any more

Here are my quidco transactions since April 06 - yes, at over £1330 that is worth it!
I've had very few queries, one for £120 was added recently about 4 weeks after I queried, another was resolved after 15 months!
You need to be careful how you use it - for example I use quidco a lot for work, I use hotelscomparison.com & travelsupermarket.com to get cheapest prices, then go onto whichever supplier is with quidco to book. However - when you do a search via a search engine it puts a cookie on your machine, if you then go via quidco it won't track as the 1st cookie registers rather than quidco cookie, so 1st site gets the referral fee. Cookies may last for 30 days for this, so you may not even remember having been onto the site previously. I search on home PC then book on lappie, alternatively you could delete cookies before going onto quidco but I like sites recognising me (I enter a lot of comps), so that isn't a viable option for me.
I also use other sites (waiting on £50 from internetcashback), but usually find quidco best.

As others have said, the big payouts are from financial services and utilities. It just goes to show much the sales reps get for selling these.
Or use different web browsers - Internet Explorer for the comps and Firefox for Quidco0 -
I've just been ripped off on Quidco. Had a look on there before buying car insurance in March. With the £100 cashback being offered by Privilege, they worked out the cheapest so I went with them. As of yesterday, the tracked item is now showing Privilege HOME Insurance and has been declined! Really not happy with this as I could have got a better overall price. Any ideas anyone?0
