I need to get a self cert remortgage on my property. LTV is about 70%. What rate could I expect to pay for a 2 or 3 year fix? Also, assume I will need to go through a broker to arrange this.0

Below 5% should be possible providing your credit history is good. A broker would give you a wider choice than the High Street.Yet another mortgage broker.
