Is this jvc 32 inch telly any good for the bedroom.

Your second choice appears to be discontinued.
How about a Sony KDL32P3020U from Empire Direct - £360 with codes.
or if you can stretch to just over £400, a Sony KDL32S3000 from Dixons - £412 with codes
If you just want a basic 32-inch, then Argos do an Acoustic Solutions 32805HD for £3000
