Tax refund

I know that this will probable be moved to the tax board but I am pretty sure most people on here don't go on there very often...I know I don't.

I recieved a random flyer from a company called the tax refund company, they said that they will look into your tax hisotry and see if you have paid too much in the past. They made all sorts of claims that most people recieve a refund and stuff like that. I filled it in anyway because I thought that I might as well try it.... anyway today the Inland Revenue sent me a letter saying that they had reviewed their records and have realised that I overpaid in 2002 and they have sent a cheuqe out for £1276

Now I know that this company take something like 40p in every £ but i will still get about £700 - Fab start to my weekend considering some Ba****d broke into my car yesterday and smashed up all my window....

Anyway - just thought that this might help someone.....

Just wanted to say i too have used them and i got bout £300 back too they were fab and didnt mind paying a fee as if they wouldnt have looked into it doubt i would have known i was owed anything.
