Pay in Cards and Credit Checks

Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone can help me. I am in an IVA and want to check my Credit File to make sure everything is okay.

However, I cancelled all my Debit/Credit Cards and want to check it online.

What I was wondering is, these Pay in Card things you can get, where you get a valid debit card, but all it is, is a card that you put money into and spend that money, no overdraft or anything but can use cards in shop etc.

Was wondering can I use this card to check my credit file online?

If it is a recognised card like visa or mastercard then you should be able to. Just oen thing though, get the free trial through quidco (for the cashback) and remember to cancel before a month or you will end up paying for the service. Other option is to send a letter to them with £2 postal order and they will send you a paper copy.

i know about the £2 thing, just seems easier if could do it online, as need a card that i can use at places and pay direct debits with, cos the cards do that aswell, just didnt know if could get online credit check with them
